Candle Care Instructions
Thank you for choosing Forever Faith Candles! To get the most from your candle and ensure a safe experience, please follow these guidelines:
Curing Time
Our soy candles are hand-poured and require 7–10 days to cure. This curing process allows the wax to fully harden and strengthens the fragrance. The longer the cure, the more powerful the scent when lit.
🔥 Burning Guidelines
Always burn within sight. Never leave a candle unattended.
Keep away from drafts, vibrations, children, and pets.
Never burn on or near anything that can catch fire.
Trim wick to 1/4 inch before each lighting to reduce smoke and soot.
Keep candle free of debris, including matches and wick trimmings.
Burn only on a level, fire-resistant surface.
Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
What is your return policy?
Thank you for choosing our products. We are committed to providing the highest quality items and services. Unfortunately, we are unable to process returns as a result from dissatisfaction of chosen candle scent. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues with shipping damage or product quality, please don't hesitate to reach out to us (Please note a picture of damaged items will be required). We will make every effort to make it right and are more than happy to cover shipping costs if there is an error on our end. While we will try our best to ensure products arrive on time, Forever Faith Candles will not be responsible for any courier shipping delays.
